Reimbursement Process

1

Arrange Roadside Assistance

Where a customer has Roadside Assistance included in their rental agreement and a covered incident occurs, the customer should contact a roadside assistance provider, arrange the service, and pay the cost themselves.

2

Keep Your Receipt

Keep the receipt for the service and present it to Hertz when returning the vehicle. Eligible costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the rental agreement.

3

Receive Your Reimbursement

Reimbursement applies only to incidents covered under the Roadside Assistance terms and is subject to all applicable conditions and exclusions. This structure works well if you're displaying the content as three separate timeline steps or bullet points, matching the design.
