Can Your Vehicle Go on F-Roads?

F-roads are mountain roads in Iceland's interior highlands. Only 4WD vehicles with sufficient ground clearance are permitted. Check which rental vehicles are approved for F-road driving below.

All four wheels must be able to receive power. 2WD and AWD vehicles are strictly prohibited on F-roads by Icelandic law.
